Ben and Jerry's is a well-known destination for ice cream lovers. While I find the ice cream enjoyable, I think it is somewhat overrated, especially at this location. The quality is decent but not exceptional, and paying around $7-8 for a regular cone seems a bit excessive. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed, which detracted from the overall experience, and the noise level inside was quite high. When I got to the register, the employees seemed to forget my order, even though they had just prepared it. To make matters worse, they presented the iPad for a tip afterward. I left a 10% tip since they are quite young, but I believe both the service and pricing could use some improvement moving f...
Ben and Jerry's is a classic spot for ice cream lovers. While the ice cream itself is good, I find it a bit overrated, especially at this location. The flavors are decent but not exceptional, and I was surprised to pay $7-8 for a regular-sized cone. Furthermore, the staff seemed disorganized; it was so noisy inside that I could barely think. When I approached the register, the staff had no recollection of my order, even though they had just prepared it for me. Then they turned the iPad around for a tip. I gave them a 10% tip since I understand they're just kids, but I believe both the service and prices could improve in the future.
Visit the other side of the lake for some delicious ice cream! You can enjoy the quality of Ben & Jerry's right on Lake Street! Our group tried the Mint Chocolate Chip, which had generous chunks of chocolate. We also had the Sweet Cream and Cookies flavor, a sweeter twist on the classic cookies and cream, and let’s not forget... the Tonight Dough (with Jimmy Fallon), which features a delightful cookie dough recipe. The place is clean, boasting spotless bathrooms and a charming dining area, complete with a sunny patio for lovely summer lake views! This spot definitely deserves five stars!
Awesome Ben Jerry?s conveniently located right along the lake in Wayzata. Grab an ice cream and enjoy a beautiful walk along the shore line. This Ben Jerry?s gets a ton of traffic but it is well staffed and they are very good about moving peoplethrough the line quickly. They also have great hours and are open well into the evening whether you are wanting to top of a nicedinner or just looking for a late snack. The shop was spotless, and there’s lovely outdoor seating with a breathtaking view of the lake. We took our ice cream to enjoy on a stroll down Lake Street. I highly recommend this spot!

B&J serves some of the finest ice cream you'll find anywhere. The Wayzata location is perfect, conveniently located just off Lake Minnetonka. Stopping by this B&J is a delightful way to take a break while enjoying a stroll by the lake.
