My partner and I had a wonderful three-course lunch here for less than the price of soup at one of the more touristy restaurants. It doesn't have the classic views that the center of town is known for but it more than makes up for that with great food, friendly service and value for money. Go for the three course option for lunch (about 14 Euro) and you won't be disappointed. Not much English is spoken here so navigating the lunch menu is tricky for only-English-speakers but that's our failing not theirs. This is a great little place and we were very happy to have chosen it over the places on the side of the more floral canals.
Our lunches were very reasonably priced and the menu offered just what we felt like. The soups were just the right option for a chilly autumn morning. Our lack of English made understanding the menu a little difficult but the service was very friendly and although we didn’t speak English, we felt very welcome. This is not always the case in a tourist town, such as Annecy. There are different level to fine at inside the restaurant so it’s definitely worth going in and finding what suits.
Just happened to find Ben’Ap when we were walking around Annecy. The host had excellent English (he lived in Melbourne Australia for a while) and explained the menu to us. Prices were excellent and the food was fresh and tasty when it arrived. The restaurant was in a nice breezy lane by one of the canals and we had a pleasant time and a great meal. Highly recommended.
Hi as i mentioned guys, thankyou for your wonderful hospitallity, i really appreciated the lunch, my wife and myself had some super food yesterday. potato salade was tops, and i really loved those chicken nuggets. i wish the 3 brothers all the best, i will return next week. merci. Lee

We fell by chance on this restaurant, arrested by the slate in the nearby street. What a nice surprise! prices are affordable, staff is very pleasant, the place is comfortable, and in addition it is very good! We recommend 100%.
Very friendly and very welcoming restaurant, these brothers are perfect, they do their work very well. The kitchen is very good. I especially recommend for this different cuisine and are welcome to bistro plural
