The staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were a group of 7 including children. At one point while we were ordering, the person got extremely annoyed. My nephew wanted sorbet but the person who was serving us said the sorbet cannot be put on a cone. Okay, no problem we asked my nephew what else he would prefer, he said he would like chocolate chip. The server was extremely annoyed, impatient and rudely responded back as we were trying to clarify with a 4 year old which ice cream he wanted. Yesterday evening was our first visit and what a treat!! The owners are so sweet, and the food was WONDERFUL! We each had a waffle with ice cream on top, and it was heavenly. It was very carefully crafted, and unlike any other waffle I've ever had. Truly a pleasure, and I look forward to many happy returns.
Came in here on a hot Summer day. I was craving for something heavy and cool. I found that the owners were very kind and thoughtful. Overall geniune and kind service and waffles! Kawartha ice cream in blackberry thunder on top makes it even better. Lovely presentation too.
They don’t pack the ice cream on a cone properly. Instead of pushing the first scoop inside the cone, it was sitting on top and as soon as my kids started eating it, it fell on the ground. We bought 3 and 2 ended up on the ground. wasted. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
wonderful, wonderful cafe. their drinks are awesome and food even better. we go there as often as possible, and the owners are the sweetest and most pleasant people to have serve us and be around!
This is just a feedback the waffle was too hard and couldn’t even bite it please use the good quality ingredients and make it better but the ice cream was great
