The food was good, but there was an excessive use of salt instead of natural flavors. The used tables should have been cleaned more quickly, especially during slower times, so that new guests aren't faced with the remnants of previous diners. Chef George and server Angel were attentive and efficient. However, the hostesses lacked personality and professionalism, making the arrival and departure greetings feel awkward and lacking warmth. Additionally, the ambiance was disappointing; shouldn’t there be Japanese music in a Japanese restaurant instead of loud background music?

The server was attentive but appeared to be overloaded with tasks. The salad took quite a while to arrive. I miss the chefs who used to lighten the mood with their jokes. While the cooking process seemed to go smoothly, there were concerns about the cleanliness of the grill during the meal preparation. Overall, my experience was just average. However, the reservation process was hassle-free.

I visited for my birthday and the food was good, but I was disappointed with the cooking show. Our chef was calm and didn’t talk much, and the presentation felt disorganized. He lacked enthusiasm, which was a letdown. I remember when Benihana used to be more engaging and fun, encouraging interaction among everyone at the table, but that seems to have changed.

We thought we would go out and have a nice entertaining family meal mid week and it was everything but that. The cook was unprepared forgot items and took entirely to long to serve our meals. One my daughters also had hair in her rice. It has been a long time since have been to Benihana and we may never be back after that experience. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

The wait time to order drinks was 30 minutes, and when they finally arrived, they got the order wrong. After that, we waited another 45 minutes just to place our food order. It felt like an eternity, especially since the restaurant wasn't even busy and there were plenty of empty tables.

Ice cream portions were half of what they use to be. Kids menu was a photo copy on paper verses the cute red hat they used to give. Photo that used to be taken wasn’t offered, instead you have to request a photo to be taken.

Hostesses were not friendly and were more interested in talking amongst themselves.
