Please understand that this note pertains to the Benny’s chain as a whole and not to any specific restaurant. This place has always been a favorite for us; we travel from Laval just to eat here. However, since the former manager retired this summer, we've noticed a decline in quality. The chicken is often much drier, and the fries are frequently overcooked or left sitting out for too long. Additionally, the bathrooms sometimes leave much to be desired, appearing questionable or unclean. You've introduced table service, which seemed like a good idea at first, but it appears that the plates have been removed to lessen the load on your staff. Very crunchy fries. Quick service and delivered to the table. Ecological straws and reusable cups. The food was good as well. Level 2 ev charger from the Flo network right in front, very convenient and the main reason we stopped by. At time of posting, 1$/h. We were able to fill both our bellies and our ride which is amazing.

From the moment you come to this place the personel give you a good feeling. Very comfortable stuff, it is a good place to hang out with buddies or with your date. enjoyable cuisine, skillful chef de cuisine, good cost and attentive service. Warmly recommended.
