I like Benny’s. Not in love yet, but I definitely like it. Here’s the rundown: The drinks are fairly cheap, the place is reasonably clean, and the staff and customers are friendly. The kitchen closes at 9:00 PM.
Now for the details: The drinks are solid and well-priced—you can get a bottle of Goose Island 312 for just over two bucks. The Jäger bombs come in a basic plastic cup (not the prettiest, but they taste great and aren’t too heavy on the Jäger, which is a plus). The bar and tables are clean enough for most people, though not spotless. The men’s restroom could use some attention, but it’s not terrible. One fun touch is the quirky vending machine in there, which adds some character.

Benny's is a charming neighborhood bar that truly feels like a hidden gem. The staff is fantastic—both friendly and attentive, ensuring your glass is always full! The bar is immaculate, which adds to the overall experience. While the menu is limited, the homemade soups are delicious! They also host a Queen of Hearts drawing every Wednesday and offer Karaoke Nights at least once or twice a month. It's a great spot to unwind after work, grab a burger, or enjoy drinks with friends. The atmosphere is very inviting!
Benny's Place is situated in a quaint strip mall with ample parking available. Upon entering, you'll find the bar area to your right, while the dining area, which can be reserved for events, is on the left. We visited for a friend's birthday celebration and had the dining area booked for the occasion. The pizza was tasty, and the drinks were fairly priced. Our server, who managed our party of 40, did an excellent job.
I like the pizza. The thin crust is crusty and the cheese is just right. The sauce is good and not over powering. I have never ordered out only dine in and I call ahead. Not much ambiance it's dark and dreary looking and only two video games to play while u wait. It's worth it your money to dine in.! Order the pizza on 1/2 price Wednesday.

This is definitely my favorite place in Lansing! The food is outstanding, and I particularly love the steak sandwich and wings. I enjoy taking control of the jukebox, and they even host karaoke nights from time to time. The owners are wonderful—such kind and generous people!
The service was good this was a casual meeting for me a group of old coworkers. One woman showed me the wood splinters in her hand from using her broom!! I told her next time walk when your going somewhere !!!
I enjoy dining at Benny's. The pizza is great, and their jumbo shrimp is excellent. The waitstaff are friendly, and the bathroom is always clean whenever I've needed to use it.
The atmosphere is really comfortable! We visit when they have karaoke, and my husband loves to sing. The waitstaff is excellent, and the food is delicious!
