Terrible. I ordered delivery with 2 coffees and by the time it made it to me the coffees emptied out completely because they were literally covered on the top only with a small piece of foil. The order packaging was a disaster waiting to happen in that bag. Everything was dripping and inedible. Beware!
Ordered ahead of time for pick up, both times they were unaware of the order yet I received text messages saying the order was accepted and another saying it was ready. Second time could wait for them to make it because of time constraints.
Arguably the best (original style bagels in NYC. Pricey compared to some others but generally thicker and lighter. Far better than say Whole Foods.
Super nice place. Super nice and understanding employees. Sadly no gluten free food but let's hope they make some!
