Da wir in der Schweiz leben, sind wir an den (sehr geringen) Komfort in Schweizer Bergrestaurants gewöhnt. Daher tendieren die meisten Menschen dazu, kundenfreundlichere Alpenregionen wie Österreich oder Italien zu erreichen. Für einen Tagesausflug schienen Sattel nur 60 Min. zu sein. Von zu Hause aus, die richtige Wahl. Die Anzahl der Pisten ist sehr gering und in der Regel mit Schleppliften ausgestattet, von denen ich dachte, dass sie ausgestorben sind. Aber das war ok, denn für einen Tag hat es tatsächlich Spaß gemacht. Aber die Unhöflichkeit dieses Restaurantpersonals war nicht zu glauben. The restaurant is done in a traditional alpine style, but the food didn't like! The soup and salad were delicious, and the potato pepper was mostly menu not from naturally produced potatoes but the powder of rapid preparation (stops, ulcle ben’s) is a terrible mass of taste, which is not acceptable in the restaurant. we have spent a day on skis and in the heart floor we have taken a light lunch: bündner gerstensuppe, a winter salad, Älpler-Magronen mit apfelmus. all very delicious, all very fresh. to the dessert we eat the best cream cuts we have ever met. the service was both attentive and friendly. absolutely recommended for a return on a ski day!

once again we moved to the restaurant herrenboden above sattel in the autumn season and once again we have not regretted the journey: friendly and attentive served were best prepared wild specialities. simply super and in an excellent price/performance ratio.
good food, good service, but very long waiting times! children had to wait some hour for the food. eating came staggered over a time of 45 minutes to our table! staff unfortunately took up the critique very badly. ;-( Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Really great experience: way more than a typical restaurant on the ski slopes. We enjoyed very tasty Swiss food and the best apple strudel ever! Really suggested, also for the food price and the very nice terrace
