Stopped in for the first time with my 2 year old for lunch today. After ordering an extremely expensive half order of penne pasta with butter for her (no kids menu), I added some parmesan cheese which was sitting out on the table top. After loading herdish up with plenty of cheese she happily ate it up. It wasn't until after her second plate that I happened to glance at thecontainer only to realize there was a fly trapped inside. I was so disgusted. I gave it to the server/buser who gave me a newone. I didnt speak to a manager because we left quickly to make it to her afternoon appointment on time. I visited this restaurant to purchase two slices of tiramisu to go. After a five-minute drive home, I opened the container only to find the dessert was a complete mess, with liquid spilling everywhere and the texture resembling baby food. I can't recommend it, especially given the $15 price tag for those two slices. I called to voice my concerns and was met with a rude manager who insisted I was mistaken and that this was normal—no solutions were offered, just excuses. While I must commend the customer service in the store, I cannot recommend the tiramisu.
This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites. The atmosphere is cozy, and the food is outstanding. My family and I have been dining here for over 15 years, and I still remember when it was cash only. My kids love it as well. Whether it's the turkey burger, the salad bar, or the homemade pizza, you really can't make a bad choice. The same servers and cooks have been here for as long as I can remember. Thank you, Bernards!
I came here for lunch and found both indoor and outdoor seating available. I ordered the Bruschetta, and it was fantastic—full of flavor, fresh, and a generous portion. My husband tried the Peace Chicken plate, but he wasn't as satisfied with it, although it did look nice. The desserts and pizzas also appeared delicious. I am absolutely in love with this restaurant! The Smoked Turkey Panini is amazing, and the homemade chicken soup is fantastic. Let’s not forget about the bread—it's delicious! The atmosphere inside is lovely, and the outdoor tables are perfect for summer. You really need to check this place out!
The restaurant is not very accessible for individuals with disabilities. The tables are positioned too closely together, and guests need to step up onto the parking curb. It's not suitable for those who have difficulty walking steadily.
Best, homemade authentic food. Everyone was very friendly, food was insanely fresh. Always loved the mushroom ravioli. Definitely will be returning
