So this place has a great ambiance. I really like the decor, the setup, the live music during brunch. The menu items are great. Little pricey but on first observation, seemed it was going to be worth it. We sat at the bar as they said it would be a 45 minute wait for a table. Although we saw many many tables open, I figured it?s a staffing issue. No problem, totally understandable. We go to the bar and the bartender just seemed that it was the last place she wanted to be. We ordered 2 plates of eggs Benedict and 2 sides of breakfast meat. After waiting 45 minutes for the food and receiving no communication from the bartender at all, we asked a blonde gentlemen that was helping behind the bar...
First time here with my husband. we are not coming back. The experience was horrible. my soup of the day came cold. I refuse to get another one. my daughter plate came in glass which is not smart gave me no Utensils for the child. My husband food had flies flying all around him the whole time he tried to eat. His stomach got so upset after eating there. The person we had put no effort in telling us what?s good there. We explained the fly situation and he said nothing but smile. My husband feels the place is not clean to have so much flies around you while trying to eat. As a mom this place gave me a lot anixety. I did not enjoy it
When we sat down for dinner, the appetizer we ordered was out of stock. Somehow, right after we placed our meal orders, the appetizer became available. Yet, none of the special requests we made were included with our food, and there were no side sauces or pickles served. Additionally, there were several empty ketchup bottles on different tables. The meals we received were also not what was described on the menu. While the food itself was good, and the kitchen staff was accommodating, the experience was frustrating from the outset. Management really needs to improve.
The food was outstanding, but the service was disappointing. I returned because my first experience was wonderful, but this time, at 8:20 PM on a Saturday night when the restaurant wasn't busy, the service was lacking. The bar customers received more attention than those of us at the tables. It took ages to get a drink refill, although I was fortunate that she brought water. The venue was beautifully set up and the staff was friendly an accommodating to me as the host and to my guests. I highly recommend using them for any type of party. The brunch was delicious and the price was perfect for my event! Call Erin she is easy to deal with, very accommodating and works within your budget!
The staff was incredibly friendly, the place was spotless, and the food and drinks were fantastic! I had family visiting from Florida, and everyone enjoyed it so much! It’s a kid-friendly environment with a warm family atmosphere—I have no complaints at all! If I could, I would give them six stars!
Only had drinks and some takeout. This place looks great, a lot bigger than in Glenside. Had a FREE POOL TABLE in upstairs loft. Another Bar in the back and outside dinning.
