Hostess walked by us and did not come back for ten minutes. No plates or silverware set on table. We asked for a booth and were taken to a table in the bar area. Requested to be moved. Order taken, salad never came (asked for specific dressing). Pizza arrived still no plates and wrong size pizzas and no salad. Manager stopped by and we again requested salad. He said he would take care of it, but did not. Another waitstaff brought us salad with wrong dressings. No offer for additional rolls. The bill came and amount incorrect. We presented a off which was not used. Noticed pizzas were considered small although we requested lunch size. Adjustments made. We used a gift card and felt we wasted i...
Had a larger group here for lunch, we had a baby and toddler with us...our server took about min to take our lunch order and overall we were in the restaurant for over two hours for lunch. It would be nice to eat and get on with our day and not to have to wait so long to place our orders...likely will go to the Norwood location in the future as they have better service. However the manager was good at his job, and realized our pizza had taken too long--he removed the item from the bill which was very nice.
Bertucciâs had a great deal for V day. for starters, select pizzas and entree sand a dessert to share. We were seated right away as we had made reservations. Service was a little slow though and we had to remind our server about our soup and salads.
We made a reservation and still waited close to minutes. We were told it would be a minute wait on arrival. There were at least empty tables that were not being used. Poorly run restaurant, we won't be returning.

Bertuccis was not that busy and the service was slow . It should not take that long to receive a salad ! The pizza was cold and it had to be redone ! Disappointing. It was good but not great ...
Making reservations does not make any difference as they do not honor the reservation. We had an hour wait after our expected reservation. Ended up ordering to go.
Absolutely terrible service to the point that we didnât even stay. They told us that we had a min wait despite the reservation.
Mike, our server made the meal so much more enjoyable. He was funny attentive. Can't wait to go back!
