Went as part of a special promotion where they were having lower prices. Even though we had a reservation they were so short staffed they couldn’t really honor the reservation. I don’t suppose it’s their fault since everyone in every industry is shortstaffed. I felt bad for all of them there, but we couldn’t wait as I had a hungry and cranky child with me. The staff that were there were very nice and we got some food to go instead of waiting.
The salad ingredients floated and drowned in the excess dressing Our pizza took an exorbitant amount of time so some people are halfway done with their salads before the pizza came for others Waitress service with a smile, accuracy and efficiency She smiled and surpassed our expectations with her friendliness The restaurant was a quarter full but the ambience seemed uninspired
my daughter and her friends celebrated their birthday in the canton bertucci and they all complained vigorously about the bad services. Maybe it was because they were teenagers, but they were essentially ignored and had to wait an eternality for their meal. we will not return to this place. I would recommend the bertucci in norwood.

there was only one bartender 2 chefs and one manager. incredibly understated. the reservation meant nothing because they had no personal. same company for making this crew try to serve customers
I was working with a nice couple planning their wedding ceremony and the server gave us plenty of space and privacy. The appetizer and meals were excellent. Thank you.

there were 2as no heat, it was irony, only a waitress at the whole place, over an hour to place the food order.
