After a couple disappointing visits pre- Covid, we decided to return. Sadly, service remains subpar. The waitress was nice, but we were seated at a table that had not been cleaned. There were crumbs and water marks. There were only a couple tables occupied so we could have gone to many different ones. Food was good l, which it generally is, but it takes a long time. Seems as we get food quicker when ordering pickup. We just wanted to dine in that night. Prices are high, but we used an emailed coupon to save. Oh, paper cups and plastic utensils were disappointing. Only napkin was the small one given with the utensils.
We went tp Bertucc's for a early dinner. The server was attentive. He seemed like a nice guy. Food was good, not spectacular and somewhat rustic. The restaurant looked like a big Diner. Nothing special about the atmosphere. Probably one of the better things, some Motown Christmas songs. Certainly not a place I would go to for a special dinner. Desserts and lack thereof pretty bad choices. I had been to a Bertucci's near Springfield about ten year ago and at least it looked like a nice place. Not sure what they had in mind when they built/decorated this one in Concordville.
The ladies bathroom was disgustingly dirty. So much dirt and built up dust on everything. It could not have been cleaned in a long time. Even Without covid this would be a disgrace. We were the first customers for lunch and no one else came in while we were there. No wonder. Dirty bathrooms make me suspicious of how clean the kitchen is and how safe it is to eat there. We will NEVER Go back.
Always an even, fresh tasting meal! Delicious pizzas, eggplant pomodoro and some pastas (its all a matter of taste, of course Reasonable prices for the entrees. Delicious hot rolls and seasoned olive oil! Prices of bottles of wine a bit high for what’s available. Otherwise, a very good, go-to restaurant for lunch or dinner and great for families as well as couples and singles!! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The waitress was very nice and good but the food was not. Then pizza was cold when it came out and the lettuce in the salad was wilted and not of good quality It was not busy at all and it was a bit depressing. We thought the total bill was a bit highly for what we got
Will never go back! Ordered a drink and reminded the waitress twice and our food still managed to come out before I got my drink that was only half full Pizza was terrible and drowned in sauce Overall terrible
We were seated in then bar area with . The restaurant was understaffed . Our food was served cold and the pizza Was made incorrectly . The waitress however was amazing .

Caesar salad was frozen and lettuce was too floppy and wilted due to freezing.
