No host or hostess when we arrived. I’m disabled and it would have been helpful if someone who worked there, to at least offer to hold the door open when we arrived and left, don’t recommend anyone in a wheelchair, patronize this location. If you aren’t going to invest in a button to automatically open the door, then at least hire people who can assist at the door, I’m not asking for anything that other restaurants offer. My wife and I specifically went there for the mussels, that are no longer offered. We had to repeatedly ask for rolls, when we finally got them, they were cold, and hard as bricks. The waiter was fantastic! They had an 80's theme going on, which made for a really fun atmosphere, and our waiter was dressed appropriately for it. Despite it being lunchtime (around 12 pm) and only two servers on duty, they handled everything so well that you wouldn't have guessed how busy they were. The sangria was decent—just not really my favorite, but I can't blame that on the restaurant since I was having a drink at lunchtime! The food, on the other hand, was excellent. The waiter was great! They did an 80s theme, that was very funny and our waiter pulled the part. They were very busy (it was about 12 a.m.) and only work 2 servers, but u would not know. The Sangria was okay, not my favorite, but it's probably on me because I have a drink at 12 lol. The food was excellent. The bread was super fresh, the zeasarsalat was great and the pizzas were amazing. Had a nice lunch with my son. Never felt rushed and when I asked the server for a coke near the end, he gave it to me in a cup that really showed that he knew what he was doing. The bill wasn't close to what I thought it was, so I made sure to tap well. Will be back.
My husband was initially opposed to eating here since he dislikes pasta. However, he tried the salmon and absolutely loved it. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was delicious as well. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The wings are incredible, and the warm rolls with oil were just to die for—I had to bring some home! One of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. The lasagna contained hardly any meat and way too much ricotta, making it inedible. The sampler appetizer was just as unsatisfactory, featuring flavorless wings with minimal meat, burnt and tasteless meatballs, and I didn't even receive the toast or whipped ricotta. I really wish I could get a refund because I didn't eat any of it.
We were thrilled to have stopped at Bertucci's during our visit to town! The food was excellent, reminding me of my Nonna's homemade sauce. The fresh bread paired with the olive oil was a delightful addition to the already tasty dishes. I just wish they had a location closer to me. The restaurant was clean, and the waitress was very pleasant.
Gus was A great waiter. He was training Dan. Both were very good. The expediter was awesome too. She had it moving smoothly. The food was good . I had the baked rigatoni with sausage, and my wife had fettuccine Alfredo. I thought it could've used A little more saltiness, but she liked it. Used the $10 off $30 purchase coupon.
I love Bertucci 's and came back for the Shrimp Bella Venezia Pizza (shrimp, lemon pepper sauce, tomatoes and basil). You don't have it on the menu anymore, but I asked my waiter 'E' to make it and he got it for me. The best pizza ever!! 'E' treated us so good, very nice guy and excellent service. We went through and stopped for lunch. I got the spaghetti with meatballs. It was one of the best meals I had for a long time. You really know how to make a good Italian cuisine. Although it was a simple spaghetti and meatball, it really shows how good this place is. It came fast, hot and very filling.
