Could hardly have been worse. The place was nearly empty, but I waited every step of the way. No one at the front to seat me, to bring a menu, to arrive at table, to take the order, and most notably, to bring the food. I could see they had no action in the kitchen, but it took almost a half hour to bring a Luke warm plate of spaghetti. My bad for not getting a meat sauce, which likely would have had some zest to it, but still the pomodoro was bland and watery. The pasta itself was ok, but a tad on the undercooked side — even for someone who greatly prefers pasta al dente. The experience was decent overall. The waitress, despite being overwhelmed with no help and a large group arriving shortly after we did, managed to stay composed. The food, however, was just average. The lentil soup was quite good, but the roasted broccoli didn’t look like the picture on the menu. It was small and had what appeared to be a clump of half-frozen goat cheese or ricotta on top, which didn't taste very good either. My friend ordered a Caesar salad and said it was just okay.
the personal needed training. she made salate with the meal instead of before. it did not come back to ask for refills or if we needed anything. pizza was also cut into very strangely shaped slices. other than the restaurant was quiet and meal was good.
loved the artisan pizza and of course the rolls, and the giant slice of chocolate cake. weekly specials and coupon offers are great and definitely encourage my purchases. great service too.

As anticipated from a chain restaurant, there were no surprises. The food was served hot, the portions were generous, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Some of our food was incorrect, but it was still delicious. The staff is friendly and nice; I always love dining there!
Excellent service and delicious food! There were 12 of us, and all the meals arrived simultaneously and hot.
We had a family gathering here and were pleased to find a variety of menu options beyond just pizza.
