new Chinese noodle girl in gordon! finding a decent Asian noodle place is not easy in the upper north bank. it is either not authentic enough or tooo expensive for something that is quite average. Mostly you need to travel to chatswood to find a good Asian demand repair. we moved to gordon last week and we saw this place and thought we should let him go! I may have chosen the wrong kind of nudels. best noodle is a casual noodle withdrawal exit near gordon station. helmeted by a influential couple, the casual esserei offers a large selection of noodles from mee goreng to rinderbrisket suppe nudeln. the prices are considerably expensive for a nearby Chinese takeaway (also more than my usual in newtown, ultimo and chippendale). I ordered a teller from me. mee goreng, a spicy and tasty roasted noodle dish, is spread in Indonesia, singapur and malaysia with the aromatic fried schalottes and sambal. a 2 minute walk from the station gordon brings them to the best noodles run from a beautiful hong-kong-ese couple. we've been her customer for more than 10 years, before her time in gordon. everything is boiled from ground, so there is a wee wait esp when they are busy. they have an extensive menu of viet pho (which I never tried) pad thai (which I never tried) for obvious reasons. my Go-to has always been one of her stirring nudel, roasted nudel (except padthai,) soup noodles (except thai tom yum n pho,) the various roasted rice and each egg foo yong (chinese omelette). refer to their flyer menu (not on zomato). a consistent, reliable, if not spectacular socket.
Such promise . Such a disap.... Such promise . Such a disappointment . Ordered 4 dishes . 1 was great and the other 3 were not to my liking . The use of salt was excessive . The dishes barely resembled the menu description . Best Noodle does not live up to it 's name of Best Noodle
