Today, we placed an order from Best Quality Pizza Lansdowne with several items. The man taking the order had an Italian accent, and I had trouble understanding him, which made the process difficult. When our order arrived the first time, both hoagies were missing cheese. The delivery driver provided excellent customer service. However, the second person who brought the corrected hoagies took longer than expected and had a bad attitude during delivery. The cleanliness behind the counter is very troubling. I saw roaches and mice near the food under the cash register, and the milkshake spoons were completely unwashed, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering milkshakes. I even offered to help clean because the situation was unacceptable. It seems they’re not genuinely interested in hiring new staff and just want people to work a few days while relying on their current employees, as I haven’t noticed any new faces since I started. I strongly advise avoiding this place entirely!
Not sure what happened tonight i usually order shrimp in the basket and its usually 21 shrimp, tonight was 16 and barly warm,The price was 695 i believed i was overcharged as the platter was 945 the order taker quoted me 14 with an order ofmozzarella sticks ,when the driver came it was 21 so i gave 25, im a longtime customer and am very dissatisfied, my family islaughing at me for ordering from you guys, sorry guys i probably wont be ordering again 25 dollars is to much for a bad meal

The woman who took our order and the man who delivered it were both very polite. We ordered two lunch specials, which are very reasonably priced and tasted great. I especially love the spaghetti sauce, and the meatballs being all beef is a huge bonus!
Best Quality Pizza Lansdowne offers great food! My husband and kids absolutely love their pizza, and we all enjoy items from their menu, especially the cheesesteaks. The prices are reasonable, quite typical for a pizza place nowadays.
This place used to have wonderful food. It seems to have gone down a few pegs on the ladder these past few years. It's a shame. Although we still order from there, we're always FL disappointed someway. I still LOVE their hogies.
You really don’t realize how amazing the fish hoagies are here. One large fish hoagie is enough to feed four people, no exaggeration. The hardest part for me and my wife is resisting ordering one twice a week.
