Having read previous reviews and trusting the best western brand we decided to book this hotel for a mini break , to celebrate a birthday. The hotel is conveniently situated opposite the beach in a quiet area.the reception area is impressive and stylish as best western hotels usually are, we were checked in by a female receptionist who advised we were half board and this meant breakfast and lunch ??!! I explained that we required breakfast and dinner and only then went on to explain restaurant times for dinner. We were told our room was in an annex and the building was pointed out to us. Práctica estancia de 1 noche. La decoración es viejo cansado y solo colgando de tipo de mirada. Lo que decepciona al hotel es el restaurante. El camarero no estaba interesado, sin sonrisa, sin cálida bienvenida y robótico como. Después de las 8 de la tarde se puso ocupado y los clientes esperaban el servicio mientras que el camarero como todo por su cuenta, tomando pedidos, sirviendo comida, dirigiendo el bar tomando pagos. Comida terrible. Pregunté por Spaghetti Napolitana y conseguí un tazón de Spaghetti con un bote de salsa de lo que parecía preparado (de un frasco) salsa de tomate tibia y corriente como salsa por separado para verter y mezclar en mis espaguetis. We picked this hotel to stay at on our post-cruise night. As the mood getting of the cruise ship was very somber, this little town hotel just helped to get us over our blues. It is such a lovely place. We have rooms facing the street and had a seaview. The rooms are very well equipped, clean and the staff very friendly. Our room rate included dinner which we had at the hotel. Food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.
Cena en el restaurante del Best Western Castelldefels: ambiente agradable, servicio muy eficiente (tan eficiente que todo terminó en una hora, incluyendo entrante, plato principal, postre y café . La comida estuvo decente, nada del otro mundo, pero cuando hay que levantarse al amanecer, casi se agradece este ritmo rápido. Un lugar conveniente para acostarse temprano, no tanto para disfrutar del paso del tiempo.

My husband and I spent almost the entire month of June in this wonderful hotel and we can't wait to go back next year. Right by the Med with a wonderful restaurant and fabulous rooms. We were looked after by a professional team from Reception, Housekeeping, Waiting staff and of course the amazing Carmello. We were lucky to have met the lovely Tizianna, the icing on the cake. We have stayed at the Best Western Hotel Mediterraneo almost once a year for the past 15 years. It is a family run hotel, the staff is very friendly, rooms are large, clean, most of them with sea view. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of cold and warm choices, very good. Short distance to Barcelona airport.
Estuve en la formación del grupo donde trabajo y en este caso comimos en el restaurante. Nos tenían un menú programado en el cual el servicio estuvo muy atento, la comida muy buena para ser menú. El arroz muy bueno.
Sitio increíble para comer. Las cantidades que sirven son muy grandes y te quedas muy satisfecho. Comida excelente, aunque lo mejor es el trato del personal, súper cercano y amable. Sin duda repetiremos

Had a great day at the spa. Excellent treatment and spent a very nice day. There is also pool to enjoy too.
