While traveling for work, I am particularly disappointed by the aging hotel as well as the staff 's failure to manage a change of room following a problem noted by the receptionist. In fact, in a hotel you are charged without announcing the amount for a change of room (here an upgrade to compensate for a problem with pipe noise and whistling in room 35 of the hotel). Unworthy operation for an establishment with 4 stars. The establishment shows several signs of acoustic neglect (noises from old plumbing, elevator in usual condition , staff failing to follow certain basic rules in terms of incident resolution). For all these reasons I advise you not to come to this establishment for the reason...
