Great breakfast served from a converted school bus, conveniently located next to Ainsworth Hot Springs. Betty O's offers fantastic, quick, and healthy breakfast options. During our most recent visit, we tried the Betty Bowl—a delicious Mexican dish featuring beans, rice, eggs, salsa, and chips—along with bagels, oats, and a selection of pastries. Everything was excellent and quite affordable. It's the perfect place to grab a meal if you arrive in the morning before the hot springs open to non-hotel guests. Just a heads up, Betty's closes for the winter. This year, they reopened the last weekend in April, and I believe they'll close again around Thanksgiving.
We enjoyed breakfast here before heading to the hot springs, and it was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the Betty bowl was incredibly tasty. Be sure to bring cash and get ready to soak in the lovely ambiance! The cappuccino was served hot and was just right. We were lucky enough to have a guitarist performing, which added to the experience. I highly recommend this place for a quick meal!
This place is amazing! The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The tacos are large and delicious, and the muffins are fantastic as well. I highly recommend it!

A charming little gem in Ainsworth. The food is quite good, though it might be a bit overpriced. The whole school bus setting is very fascinating and one-of-a-kind.
