There's a new burger spot at Castle Towers with a stylish and cozy atmosphere. The service was excellent; we received a menu at the entrance and placed our orders at the counter before choosing a table. We sampled both the fried chicken burger and the beef burger, and both were tasty, though I preferred the chicken for its extra flavor. Keep in mind that the burgers don't include fries, but you can add them as a side for $5. The standout dish was definitely the peanut butter thickshake – I nearly finished it before the food even arrived!
Betty's Burgers in Castle Hill is beautifully located among the shops on the strip! We opted for the classic Betty's burgers, which were delightfully crunchy and juicy. The burgers truly impressed us. However, the portion size of the fries could have been larger. We also tried the chocolate thickshake, inspired by the tempting dessert bar nearby; it was tasty but not particularly remarkable. Overall, we enjoyed great customer service and a friendly atmosphere during our lunch!
Ordered burgers from here on a Saturday night via a food delivery app. The Betty's double and classic, plus the usual extras like fries and onion rings. The first question I asked myself after devouring the meal, is why I waited so long to try this place out! Great burgers, just pure cheesy oily goodness. If I'm having a burger, I want a burger, not some poser, and that's what I got, the real deal kind of burger.
I wouldn't recommend the secret bundle unless you enjoy or can have plant-based burgers. I can't eat them, so mine ended up in the trash, which felt like a waste of money. It would be helpful if there was an option to include notes with your order. I assumed they would realize I'm not vegan and provide a regular burger, but that was my mistake. We had a mix up with our order, resulting in our food taking longer than usual. Riko, EJ, and Simone simultaneously fixed this error, as well as provided a complementary concrete dessert to make up for it. We were very pleased with the friendly staff and smiling faces, that we're more than happy to come back!
Family bundle in great. Wish the bestie bundle on door dash allowed you to get 2 drinks, every time we thing about that one there is only a selection for 1 drink it does not allow to select 2. Not sure if that just me or everyone. So we opt for family bundle and my son eats 2 burgers. :
Milkshakes, concretes and burgers, love this combo! Burgers are good! The milk buns are fluffy, buttered and charged on the inside and the meat patty’s are pressed to reasonable thickness. I think there’s room for improvement, hence the 4 star but all in all, good burgs.
This place is both a meal destination as well as a desert hot spot. It can be both or either it’s up to you. For us it was desserts only. we needed a sugar hit and spotted Betty’s and the decision was easy after that. In we went! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I loved everything about the restaurant, but I really wish they would use less ice in the drinks. When they arrive, they taste more like soda water.
