Had lovely meal with my mother and daughter on Sunday. I couldn’t fault it and the staff are so lovely. However I went to the shop afterwards to buy some cakes which are more expensive than the bakery. I bought two cupcakes but when I got home I realised they were very stale I had to bin them. Gutted at they were so expensive. £3.95 each. I am guessing maybe they don’t sell enough of them to keep them fresh.
Visited the tea rooms on our break from Wales. Food excellent and well worth its reputation for high quality food, but the highlight of our experience was the service. Every person was so professional but Harriet a young girl with the most delightful manner and totally professional for a person so young enhanced our visit. Good luck for the future Harriet.
A delight as expected. Soup of the day was delicious. The loose leaf tea served with lemon slice honey and an extra pot of hot water. Beautiful wedge wood cup and saucer. Could not visit without having a Rascal. All of the people working there were polite efficient and friendly. Will be back.
Surprisingly quiet on a Saturday morning- so lovely and calm. Staff here treat you very nicely indeed, and are a credit to the company. Coffee was excellent- espresso lovers who find cappuccinos too tame will appreciate the flat white. Fat rascal was gorgeous. Will be back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
As always, Betty's provides the quintessential English Afternoon Tea. Although a little pricy, it's guaranteed tasty food in a lovely atmosphere.
Atmosphere was great, staff excellent but very expensive for what you get. £14.50 for Eggs Benedict and nearly £6 for a coffee
Always a lovely treat, warm welcome, great service and the quality of lunch is what you expect from Betty's!
