great eating experience, but very bad service. the restaurant is really great. eating is delicious and they will not be disappointed, but the service is so terrible and it tries to ruin the experience in all possible ways. for example, it was impossible to know which wee were available so that I had to order all of them only to decide. only two of them were decent. the first time in my life, I have to do something like that. I was unhappy about language barriers, but if they have more luck, then eating experience is really great. do not miss any main dish either dessert, because all are truly incredible.
I made a reservation via their online system. I also send separate email to them to confirm that I have a table. The day I was supposed to have the reservation I got short email to say we don't have table for you today, if you want to try another time you can always try to book table for another day . The message was rude and unfriendly. I would have expect bit more friendlier answer. Really get the impression that I am not welcome there.
we had a very tasty meal here, the price is affordable compared to the quality of food and the service it is cheap. the Iberian swarm on the midday card was one of the best pork dishes we ever had. the ice cream is also a great surprise to try. this restaurant really recommend!
