Beyond Juicery Eatery

This place is around the corner from my office. I have been coming here since 2017. It's a great place for juices, wraps and salads. The servings are huge. They use fresh ingredients, so you pay for what you get. Totally worth it for a nice treat though. They get very busy and most of their business seems to be through door dash. I recommend ordering through the door dash app and picking it up if you don't want to wait. The service is slow and you won't be served with a smile either. I was barely acknowledged. But damn it's yummy.

On Sunday, March 5, 2023, around 12 PM, I encountered an issue at the restaurant when the juice machine was out of order, preventing my order from being completed. Unfortunately, no staff members informed me about this or offered any alternatives. After waiting for 15 minutes in a relatively quiet establishment, I inquired about my order and was told about the equipment malfunction. When I requested a refund, the front staff seemed unaware of how to process it. Eventually, someone from the back came out to assist with my refund.

I ordered the Turkey Dijon Club wrap. Although that was the only item I ordered, it still took over 20 minutes before I got my order. It was pretty empty inside the store (me and 2 other guests) so I wasn't expecting to wait that long. The wrap would have been perfect if they hadn't bombarded it with red onions. They were literally in all the hidden crevices of the wrap. I spent most of the time picking most of the onions out. Next time, I will order online and tell them to hold the onions.

I've been coming to this location (Southfield) and the Birmingham location. I really like both. The Southfield location I frequent more often and I've only had one issue and the staff fixed it right away. I really appreciated that. My smoothies have been perfect! I also purchased a salad a few times and they were delicious!I think they have a very nice, customer-focused staff and they are always pleasant. I visited the restaurant hoping to enjoy some fresh orange juice, but I was really disappointed. The two younger girls working there seemed too busy chatting and playing with the orange juice squeezer. It took over 30 minutes just to get a cup of juice. When I requested light ice, they filled the cup more than halfway with ice, leaving barely any room for juice. I couldn't believe how long I had to wait while they stood around laughing and talking.

I ordered online while sitting in the parking lot. My order said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I saw them make at least 6 smoothies for walk ins. I went in after store cleared out and they hadn't even started on my order. FYI people who order online are in a rush or don't want to stand inside long. In addition the young girl who touched the register screen did not change her gloves. However my smoothies came out good

I have ordered from here twice and the food was ready when I got there. It always looks fresh and tastes great! Keep up the great work!

The food is excellent and fresh! I particularly enjoyed the chicken wrap, which I believe was warmed up in a panini maker.
