I went to BGR (South Orange) and ordered their Wagyu-Truffle Burger (Medium Rare) w/ a Fried Egg, Raw Red Onions, Lettuce, Tomato, Sharp Cheddar, Mayo, Avocado. My side was their Mac n Cheese. Accompanied by their Oreo Handspun Shake. The burger was very middling, not at all what I expected from a ?Wagyu Beef-Truffle? Burger. I?d give the burger?s flavor a 4/10. Their Mac n Cheese, was subpar at best, would give it maybe a 2-3/10. But their Oreo Shake was phenomenal! 7/10, easily! Let me just say this. First of all I have always passed by these establishments and not once have I ever had the desire to walk through the door. Not that they aren't asthetically pleasing but more so that I already have, a very full, short list of goto quickie (Cheat food spots. Yet, after this one visit...they will be added to the list! My cheeseburger was served to mebetween two leaves of lettuce instead of a bun (Yippy!! and by the time I added my pickles, grilled onions, ketchup and waitfor it........A1 Sauce!!!!!! I was in Heaven! For the fountain drinks they had my favorites Root Beer and Dr. Pepper. What wouldhave made my visit perfect was the diet version of both but they get 5 Star...
I ordered a cheeseburger and it was served wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun (yay!!!). It came with all the toppings I love: pickles, grilled onions, ketchup, and wait for it... A1 sauce! I was in heaven! They also offered my favorite drinks, Root Beer and Dr. Pepper. I would have loved to see diet options for both, but they still earned a solid 5 stars! The staff was friendly and very efficient. I can't wait to go back and make sure my drink is always full!
I just had lunch. I ordered the Western BBQ and garlic fries. Everything is made to order so you can wait a few minutes. When I came back to enjoy my meal, I was blown away. The food is really made to order and it is full of taste. The garlic fries were a bit soggy, but still good. First time customer, I agree very much with this place. I just found my new favorite lunch spot. Get up! Customer service was also on color! Good job!

The restaurant has a clean environment, but I found the burgers to be quite pricey. The fries could have been cooked longer, and I noticed that the burger is sold separately, with an additional charge of $6 for a combo. Overall, I wasn't impressed. I ended up spending $22 for a burger meal that I could have made myself for much less at another place.
I went to this place to see how their burger was. I had the bacon burger with parmesan fries. It was so good. I think this place is better than smashburger in my book. The burger was not greasy. They have many options. You guys should definitely try it. Thebathroom was unsanitary. It grossed me out. I would definitely go back for their food.
Their environment is clean. Burgers pricey, fries can be cooked more, burgers sold separately and combo charge is 6$. Wasn?t for me. Basically paid 22$ for a burger meal that I could have had somewhere else for less and fully cooked
Exceptional food and staff. The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was really great. My burger was amazing, I'm really sorry I didn't get the garlic fries, but don't worry that won't happen again. I'll be back. Yummy

Delicious burgers with a good variety to pick from. The burger was good to proper degree as ordered. Ray the manager is excellent at customer service resolving an issue for my wife quickly without hesitation.
5 stars for me.... had the reuben.... hamburger with Swiss, horned beef and some other toppings... delicious with frits and a drink. The reubs are a special they ran for $9.99. It was def worth it.
