Pizza was good, service was solid, but wow the rest of the food and drinks were huge disappointments and absurdly priced.My father had pasta that seemed like it was homemade but had clumped together so it was just a gross ball, uncooked in the middle. My moms chicken was basic and had no sides, the herbs served with it were insanely salted and inedible. The ranch was sweet for some reason? The drinks were poorly portioned and balanced.Don’t go here. If you do get a beer and a pizza, but then again there are plenty of other places for that.
Our waitress was very pleasant, but we had to wait a while before being asked for our food orders. It seemed like we were served after guests who had just arrived. We had hoped for something special for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately, they didn't offer any special accommodations for that. Additionally, there was no inquiry about any allergies. However, aside from those issues, we enjoyed a wonderful meal and had a fantastic evening!
Overall, everything was quite good. The pizza was delicious. All of the fish entrees were cooked to perfection, although the sauce had a bit of a film on it, which made it sit a little. The burgers, however, were undercooked and disappointing. The staff was excellent, and everything from the bar was flawless. The manager stopped by and was very attentive.
What a gem Bianca is! A nice eclectic assortment of absolutely delicious food. The menu items range from pizza to an Asian inspired fried chicken. Salad is lightly dressed and refreshing. Brussels Sprouts Side, Fried Chicken App Beet Salad were excellent. Bartender was great. We ordered a $13 Butterscotch Pudding mostly because we like Butterscotch Pudding and wanted to see what could make it worth $13. It wasn't worth it. Quite small, and could barely taste the Butterscotch flavor.
Food was delicious on all fronts. Salmon was overdone and diner had requested medium rare. That was the only downside, Noise level was tolerable as the restaurant was not jammed packed. I suggest baffling tiles to dampen the sound. Loudness detracts from the dining experience. Service was great.
Delicious! Pizzas, pastas, amazing salads, sides and sushi! If you are a mushroom lover like myself, you will be challenged to decide which dish to order. Great for an intimate meal for two, or for a large group like we had. Will go back again and again for sure!

Some of the dishes were enjoyable, while others fell flat. The salad was overloaded with cheese and dressing that lacked flavor. The hummus was basically inedible. The highlights of the meal were the cauliflower and the pizza.
