I visit Laguardia at least once a year and this has been a good bar in which to get a copa and some good tapas. My last visit was in February this year when it was still up to standard. This time the bar was busy with local trade and I was pleased to be back. Hoever it was clear from “hola” that the barman felt he didn’t need to treat a foreigner (even one relatively fluent in Spanish) with anything other than disdain. He walked away a couple of times while I was trying to order and his idea of a glass of wine was way short of what you get in the other bars in town. The bocadillo de jamon had cheese in it even though I mentioned an alergy to cheese. I left it after one bite. The chicken wing...
Absolutely excellent.The food was amazing and not to mension the staff were absolutely so friendly.They had such an amount of patience and kindness that you could see it came naturaly though them.They brought such big smile to all our faces.We cant thank them enough.Defenitley would recommend to go even if just passing to grab a snack (tapas).
We've been in the back and since we discovered this place, we've been having breakfast every day. cleaning, good treatment, good quality price, but especially the variety of penises (especially on weekend), and the excellent presentation of these penises. highly recommended
Great food, delicious, generous and up to the highest Spanish standards, the staff were so kind and the wine of good quality even the house wine was of quality (can vary a lot elsewhere). We noticed a lot of people who had obviously chosen to go there, we could see why. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
We arrived by chance to this restaurant on the guard, dondd we asked for the beans painted with so sacraments, the potatoes to the Rioja and ended with some pieces of lamb and some carrilleras to red wine, all delicious with a good service. Very attentive
Very cosy interior with old walls and warm lighting. Choice limited, mostly grilled meats and fish. But execution was perfect. Best steak I've had in a long time, the squid at the other side of the table was also of very good quality.
On our last night we decided to skip restaurants and have some pintxos. They were great. The place has sitting inside or outside. We decided to sit inside and enjoyed a couple of pintxos and some wine. Definitely recommend them.
We were recommended this venue as the best pintxo place in Laguardia. I only had a glass of Rioja, which was totally acceptable, but my wife and eldest son had (according to them) pintxos that were outstanding. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The salad was out of this world delicious. The main dishes and the potato stew were so hearty and filling. The croquettas were just like abuela made. And don't skip on the homemade desserts! Highly recomend
