I have always been a fan of bibibop with the exception of the service i always receive from one employee named JEAN. I used to visit the bethesda location until they recently closed. I decided to go to the Silver Spring location the other day since i was in the area not knowing that Jean is now working there. As expected, I was treated very rudely. He always make it seem like i am an inconvenience to him (as well as the other employees at the silver spring location who are very inattentive and unfriendly)I left a review on the app after a purchase and didn’t receive an email response from the customer care team but rather i received a call from the store the next day which i think was weird...
We ordered 2 regular bowls, 1 small bowl and 1 cup and when we got home which is a five minute walk, the food was ice cold. The only item in all of our food was semi warm was the sweet potato noodles, nothing else. It's pretty bad that all of our meals were that way. Not sure what is going on but man service and the food was absolutely horrible. We used to love ordering from here but not anymore. Don't waste your money ordering here. If you want delicious Asian food please find somewhere else, save $60.00 for hot food than this cold stuff they call food.
The food was tasty, but the staff were quite rude. Since it was my first visit, I apparently didn’t order correctly. Instead of informing me about my mistake, the employee became defensive and ignored me for the rest of the transaction. I sensed something was wrong and mentioned that I was a first-time customer, hoping for some guidance, but received none. He did, however, speak politely to my husband while completely overlooking me. Overall, this experience means we won't be returning.
Great food! Wonderful toppings, sauces and protein choices. Spicy chicken and steak are best. Workers are nice and they have a rewards app on the phone but the rewards aren’t the best. Healthy option and good for price based on quality and quantity. Satiates well and always a viable option. Definitely recommend this place. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's alright. I'm not particularly fond of bowls, but these were decent. The complimentary miso soup is what earns this place four stars instead of three. Food: 3/5.
I don't get to come here often, but I absolutely like their food. The servers are very nice and attentive. ?? Any time I'm in Silver Spring I stop in.Food: 5/5
