This place was suggested by our guide and even if at first I thought this was a sales tactics and he was getting some kind of commission for the referral, I understood right away once i was inside. The place was packed from local people. it was a bit chaotic to figure out their system (as I don't speak portugese) but it was worth the wait. Their main item on the menu the Bifana is only 2 Euro. One can be full just on that. We went for the full experience so I tried one of their soup and took my Bifana's loaded with an egg, bacon, salade, tomatoes, etc and I have one huge mug of beer and still it only cost us 13 euro's before tip for 2 adults. My least expensive meals in Europe so far!!! Warn...
Trying to find GOOD places to eat is hard in Evora. Places are poor and cover silly seating charges However this place is a hidden gem. Its hard to find the front door as its really hidden. But inside its a busy hub of activity. The food is good, and quick. Prices are not an insult to the wallet. I would rate a 5 if there was options of vegetables or salad instead of fries. All in all, a good place to eat. The beer sauce is made with fresh Estrella from the tap!
This was recommended by the very nice woman Working at Clean Spot laundry in Évora. we were amazed.. it it the spot, filled with locals, food was good, beer great and lunch cost leases than $10!! It was a welcome relief from the huge portions of food being served in restaurants in PT. We just don’t eat that much!
Loved this local restaurant with the most delicious Bifana and Bitoque. Have eaten our way through Portugal and been to Conga in Porto too. A lot of places in the city were either closed or was not accept other customers. This place is super friendly, has great sandwiches, soups and drinks and desserts at reasonable prices.
The nail meat is too thin and small, it almost looks like a bifana, just change the type of meat. Otherwise I like the service and the other products available.
The best cream of fish without a doubt. Really good. Affordable prices and very good quality. Good desserts ; Fast service; Service always on the go.

Dos poucos sítios no Évora Plaza onde se pode comer uma boa sopa. Qualquer uma delas é bem aviada. Vale a pena os 2,60€
