My first visit happened to coincide with Parents Weekend at Ole Miss. The wait time was excruciating, and the service was slow but the food was worth it. The hostess and the wait staff are super friendly just a bit overwhelmed. I had the Secret History Omelette with Bacon and biscuit. The omelette and the biscuit were delicious. The bacon! While visiting Oxford, a friend introduced us to Big Bad Breakfast, and we are so happy for the introduction! My wife had French Toast, and I had the Mother of all Biscuits. (Dirty bird style) Our friend had oatmeal pancakes had never heard of these but tried them and was pleasantly surprised. Both the food and service were excellent and we are now looking for other locations in our travels! Highly recommend!
If you gave me the option to eat for free at the fanciest steak house or pay for my family at BBB. I'd probably pick BBB. That was the best breakfast I've had in my life. I just got the basics; nothing too over the top. Why are the hashbrown cakes so good?! The bacon is incredible. Seriously just go here and forget the competition even exists.
As usual, breakfast was excellent! Our first visit since the pandemic and everything was delicious! Pecan pancakes with sausage and eggs! My wife had her standby, french toast and bacon! Restaurant was busy but service was efficient and courteous! Make your plans to stop at Big Bad Breakfast!

On on Saturday 20th we had amazing brunch. Great food, excellent service. We nearly tried all types of food and loved it. Their own chili sauce was very good. We bought three bottles for Home. What impressed me was the flavor in the food. Please keep up the good work.
Great food and excellent cold brew coffee! I recommend the Ranchero bowl, was delish. The homemade hot sauce is soo good, had to buy a bottle to bring home to New Orleans. On the weekends there is often a brief wait for a table but well worth it!!
Can't say enough. Big Bad Breakfast was awesome. Phenomenal bacon. Real bacon. If I had to pick on something I guess the fruit bowls and coffee won't blow your mind. But the bisquits, bacon, gravy, hashbtounds... that will blow y p ur mind.
Nostalgic environment, wonderful service and great food. The food is more than you would expect. Better than basic breakfast. This breakfast had loads of flavors. ? The staff is kind, professional, and attentive.

Like to never have found this place even using Google. The chicken gravy biscuit was good. The bacon appears to be cured in house. Dont quote me on that though. Very eclectic atmosphere. Neat little restaurant.
