I had a return visit to Big Ben West Side and this time it was to try the food as my last visit I only had a beverage.I was encouraged to give the place a try again as on Sunday as they are running a special were you can double the size of all food and beverages (excluding spirits) for the same price, which is what the flyer states. Not only are they fresh made to order, but the care that goes into each one is obvious.They feature a "burger of the week" which has NEVER been repeated. Even the chef says the hardest part is coming up with the new names... Das Essen war okay, aber das Fleisch war überhaupt nicht richtig gegart und der gemischte Salat war eine Zumutung. Auch der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Für etwa 500 sFr haben wir bezahlt – ohne Trinkgeld. Auf der Treppe zur Toilette lag lange Zeit Erbrochenes, obwohl wir das Personal mehrmals darauf hingewiesen haben. Die Margarita war ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung! Besser ist es, direkt nebenan zu Les Halles zu gehen.
Ein wirklich tolles Pub. Perfekt für ein paar After-Work-Biere mit Freunden und Kollegen. Verschiedene Sportarten werden regelmäßig auf mehreren Fernsehern gezeigt. Es wird eine gute Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Bieren vom Fass und aus der Flasche angeboten. Auch die Burger sind richtig lecker... nur ein Wort: LUMBERJACK! ;) Ich kann dieses Pub auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Ich war mit einer Gruppe Freunden im Big Ben Westside. Die Burger auf der Speisekarte waren wirklich lecker. Etwas teuer, aber naja, einen günstigen Ort in Zürich zu finden, ist nicht einfach. Die Auswahl an Bier ist vorhanden, wenn auch nicht sehr umfangreich. Das Personal ist freundlich, was den Besuch angenehm macht.
Modernes irisches Pub mit einer schönen Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Bieren. Das Essen ist gut, und es gibt täglich wechselnde Spezialitäten als Abwechslung zur Speisekarte. Die Musik ist nicht zu laut, allerdings ausschließlich Rock. Das freundliche Personal sorgt dafür, dass man sich willkommen fühlt.
We were here at the beginning of a Viking cruise. A Sunday and not many places open. Scouted out Big Ben and some others for dinner. Hamburgers and beer, a little wine. Good burger, great fries and prices that were great for Zurich. Kim was our server and he was wonderful. . An excellent experience.
Hat mir nicht gefallen. Langweiliger, fettiger Burger. Man wird gefragt, wie man das Fleisch möchte, und bekommt es dann trotzdem durchgebraten. Die Nachos sind eine kleine Portion und matschig, die Guacamole wirkt nicht selbstgemacht. Nicht nochmal.

i'm truely a hamburger-aficinado and was looking forward to try this pub. unfortunately, the cheeseburger i ordered was awful. the bun was wet, the meat was dry and tge burger overall tasteless.
