A friendly cafe with an eccentric yet friendly interior and feel. Families love to congregate at the outdoor tables where they is some grass and toys to keep little ones occupied. Locals come for the huge breakfasts with a focus on egg dishes and the relaxed vibe.<br/ <br/ Big Brekky takes up a corner position on busy Stanmore road. The real appeal for families is the grassy area out the back which has a few toys and tables. They are also just near the playground at Maundrell Park, so it is great for takeaway on the run too. I absolutely adore their coffee. The outdoor seating is lovely and there is hardly any wait for your morning caffeine fix. I docked one star only because the chocolate croissant was a bit overwhelming with chocolate for my taste, but others may enjoy it. The breakfast menu is great and reasonably priced.
The full breakfast was decent, but not the greatest. The coffee was enjoyable, but nothing exceptional. I believe that despite the overall attractive atmosphere of this café, it doesn't quite make up for its shortcomings. Once again, the full breakfast was satisfactory but not outstanding.

I love going to Big Brekky. The portion sizes are great value for money, the service is fantastic, and I have no complaints at all. I would recommend trying the dish that shares the same name, and the coffee is also quite good.
The Big Brekky was Okay, but not the best. The coffee was tasteful although nothing special. I do although think the general atmosphere of this cafe is very nice and helps uplift its flaws. Again, its great but not the best.
