Ate here for the first time on a Saturday night. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was very pleasantly surprised. We parked, got out and ordered at the window, then ate a picnic table beneath the pavilion right across the street from Walled Lake. I got the BBQ Burger and my husband got the Messy Jalapeno Burger. The hamburger patties on both were made of quality meat, like Angus beef, and were absolutely delicious! My burger had BBQ sauce, tomato, lettuce, thin-sliced onions, mayo, some other kind of fried onions and cheese. It was so thick, I couldn't get my mouth open enough to bite into the entire thing! Customer service and food was absolutely great!! My wife, child and I had ice cream and waffle fries at Big Dip Burgers and we had a great experience. First off the ice cream came out fast and was super tasty. My wife loves chocolate with cookie dough peanut butter swirl thrown in and that was put together very well there. I was recommended the Pumpkin spice shake which I was a little hesitant at first but both workers were absolutely right?. You MUST try the pumpkin spice milkshake. Fries came out hot and crunchy! I would give this place 4.5/5 for the food. The burgers are juicy, tasty, and made with fresh ingredients. The waffle fries are amazing and have a Cajun flavor. My only complaint is that I wish there was sauce or mayo on the burger itself instead of on the side. However, I would rate the decor, service, and price a 2/5. I paid $18 for a burger, fries, and root beer, which seems a bit steep considering the run-down appearance of the place, its location in a low-cost-of-living area, and the fact that all seating is outdoor benches. Wow! Every now and then you come across a restaurant that prepares their food with love and attention to detail. This is one of those restaurants. I ordered the Cali Burger and it was made with fresh ingredients, a toasted bun, melty cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. It reminded me of the burgers I make at home but with their delicious secret sauce. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic burger. They also offer hot dogs, although I didn't try one, I'm sure they are made with the same level of care and attention as their burgers. Make sure to visit this place, it's definitely worth it. Loved my burger. I ordered a Cajun Chicken sandwich and waffle fries with Root beer float. The food tasted great. The restaurant is by the lake side so you can grab your food and sit by the lake to enjoy your meal. Food 10/10, Views 10/10. I?ll definitely be going back. I recommend the place.
