One of the better places for dim sum in Brisbane (in my humble opinion) I've been here a few more times since the change of owner and I feel that it is starting to outdo it's former spark.
Service: better than most Asian restaurants; however, the caveat is that the owner wife recognises me and we both speak Cantonese.
Verdict: solid and with decent value for money.

Dinner out with extended family is usually an expensive affair so it was a pleasant surprise to find this place! We had been to this place about 3 years ago but it was so terrible that we didn't come back. Now with new owners and the new head chef from another Chinese restaurant that we went to, we decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. The roast duck is a must with crispy skin and done in a non traditional style (whole bird is opened and cooked in a flattened 'zither' style). Braised tofu pot had lots of items (squid, cha sui, mushroom and veg) and was made with fresh fried silken tofu which made it soft and very tasty. We also had the chicken served in soup - pieces of chicken...
Went there for a Yum Cha Dinner.Selection was goodService was slow but very friendlyFood was perfectly OK, but nothing special.Very family friendly.Walked out of there stuffed on only $25 a head which was fantastic value for what we had.Wouldn't rush back, but would be ok to go there again and give it another try.

We love it. Have been here numerous times since it reopened. Great yum cha. Staff are always nice and food seems great quality and flavour. And there's not the long waits you get in sunnybank.
We normally go to Carindale Westfield but on the day this was closer and more convenient. The dishes don't come out on trolleys and are ordered off the menu. It is still very much authentic.
took my family there for lunch very disappointed service was poor did not bring out what was ordered then overcharged and bill was in Chinese so did not no what I paid for. not happy
Ok Chinese food & not overpriced. Staff are polite & service is fast. I only had the stir fried vegetables so that's really all I can comment on

I did notice that they were recently closed for renovation work, and have since reopened with lots of flowers as gifts at their front door.
I host karaoke across the road from here and felt like some Chinese food for a change before work.
