No wait to be seated. Menu and prices are not what are on the internet. The menu changed, the prices changed and the food changed from my last visit. Service wasn't too bad, but not great either. The server should inform you of an upcharge for a side. The menu I saw on the internet had the same price for all sides. I did not notice on the menu, I also didn't look, that there was an upcharge for a sweet potato fries. But honestly I wouldn't have minded the upcharge if they had been cooked prope...
I've been here twice, and both times, it was just not good. this last time I ordered a sirloin, and it was very tough the baked potatovery dry. I choked down 1/2 of the steak, thinking it would get better, it did not. I spoke with the bar tender whom seemed to be my waiter now my original waitress had an emergency and left) He said well , I guess you will know for next time now. I won't be back just to many other places that do care.
My first experience here was a full on fluke! Service was decent and food was good. Like I said , complete fluke. Burnt food , less than interested wait staff. This was my 3rd time visiting and I will NOT be returning. This trip I went very simple, burger and fries. My medium well burger was burnt black, so was my wife's, I don't like giving bad reviews but this place has definitely EARNED it.
Went to your restaurants Friday April 26th 7:00 party of three... We all wanted a good steak and drinks... Girl named Savannah tried to seat us in a very crowded corner of an otherwise empty restaurant, we told her we did not want to sit there pointed to where we wanted to sit .she told us we could not because of staffing issues. We took our money elsewhere. We will never go there again.

So, Jim's has new ownership so I was concerned but let me tell you you should go back. When you do, order the nachos. The chips were hand made with air bubbles and everything. I am not a huge fan of chips in general but these were so good I couldn't stop eating them! Menu is smaller and so are the desserts but still worth going back. Should have taken a photo. Sorry.
We stopped in because we drove by and were hungry. I’m not sure how someone can mess up nachos, but they came out cold. The grilled chicken was cold and the liquid nacho cheese was very cold. The waitstaff handled it appropriately and I ended up with a turkey wrap. It was okay. My fiancé got a cheesesteak and said it was good.
Used to be a really great place to eat, now is just a bar with decent appetizers. Been back a few times since covid and thr food service has just been progressively worse each visit. Skip Jim's unless they're serving prime rib, that was decent the last time I had it.
Went in for lunch earlier this week. Haven't been there in awhile. Things have changed. Maybe even the ownership? Anyway the food was different, not good, and it was dirty.

Really good Philly cheese steak, best we’ve had in Florida. Server Ben was awesome. Would recommend.
Went there with a friend. Meal was fantastic! Server was on point! Great place for steak!
