Dinner tonight was at Big Pig Canteen American BBQ style food at reasonable prices. We ordered: New Jersey style poutine Plate for one 200g (beef brisket) Kids cheeseburger Chocolate brownie w/ cherry ripe ice cream The chips were crunchy and well seasoned. Combined with flavoursome gravy stretchy cheese, the hot chips turned into a rich, delectable entree. Plate for one included 200g beef wasbrisket, 2 chicken wings, coleslaw, pickles, bbq sauce. By far the best restaurant around! Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and the food is the best USA style food that I've had even after spending months in Texas, trying different Texas BBQ all around, I'd not eaten at a place where everything was absolutely on point! We came in by chance, not knowing how spectacular it would be and then decided to go back again the next night because we couldn't stop thinking about the deliciousness! Thank you so much!

Straight to the point Food overall lukewarm and ribs are cold. Puzzled. Pull pork -it is a bit dry and lack of flavour , note-it is tender. Brisket- dito Sausage- avoid it as you can get it from the supermarket Salads- normal and the coleslaw is drowning in the dressing . Barbeque sauce- that is the real gem,sadly to say that. Pickles are normal .

This place looks amazing the bar is awesome the staff are great. The food was a bit of a let down I mean it was good but it wasn't the best BBQ. I wouldn't go out of my way to return for the food. Service was great place is a really nice setting, I don't know don't get me wrong it wasn't bad it just wasn't my cup of tea.
The food was delicious. We had the Piggy Plate, the fried chicken wings and the smoked chicken wings. Both the wings were amazing and to die for. The brisket remains in my mind super tasty, and the sauce it came with was da bomb. Would defo recommend this place. Oh, kid friendly for sure.
Great food, smoked pork belly and beef brisket were amazing, reasonable priced, nice sitting, a bit empty though on Sunday night. Best of all , this great restaurant is just 5 mins away from our house, definitely coming back
Wow! Tonight was my first time there. The food was sensational! So so delicious! All of the meat had so many layers of flavour, the sauces were amazing too! The staff were so friendly and smiley. We'll definitely be back.

Meats were very nice. Had brisket burgers and they were nice and filling. Chips with pulled pork were nice too. Outside seating area was enclosed and heated, but a bit dimly lit. Altogether a great place for a good feed.
Got the platter for 1 300g. Very big portions. The wings were incredible, definitely coming back for those. The ribs and pulled pork were a little too dry for my liking.
