Appalling customer service and so so food. Visited on a Friday evening so was obviously going to be busy. But. On line orders were dealt with to the detriment of people actually in the shop. I stood for 30 minutes waiting for pie and chips whilst delivery drivers came and went. When I complained I was belittled. After all that,chips 6/10 and the pie was lukewarm and had no meat in it. Farnhams in Boverton beats these guys hands down. Poor service, bulls**t and so so food
I often have chips and stuff when passing through Llantwit, decided to try the kebabs, price was good and looked OK on the menu. But the actual food was bland and badly presented with minimum salad and pepper not chilli sauce. The place was busy with loads of phone orders and the service was slow. The staff were polite and apologise for the wait. I will stick to chips and avoid the kebabs, there are better options around.
I have had food here often. The pizzas are very good. My other half loves the kebabs but you always have to wait so long, even if you ring ahead. All guidelines followed and very clean place they are always cleaning. Maybe that’s why you wait so long for your order
There was so much barbecue sauce, it had spilled out of the carton, through the paper and into the carrier bag. The pictures are after I've tried to pour the excess sauce away and you can see how covered it still is. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service at this restaurant is awful and not recommended. The staff are rude, have no manners, and are not helpful at all. It is a waste of both money and time to dine here.
We stayed in Llantwit Major for a few days, and was told to go to Big Sams. So glad we did. Definitely on the to-do-list again when we visit Llantwit Major again. Thank you
The fish and chips at this restaurant were delicious. The delivery service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. The portion size was generous.

They put vinegar on the cod and then fried it again. I really dislike that flavor, it ruined our family meal. Very disappointed, won't be returning.

"Popped in at 2.15 pm on a quiet Friday- asked very unfriendly landlady if we could play darts- she refused saying it is only for darts team to use and that tables were booked. Only table used was no where near the dart board."
