I used to go to bigfoot all the time when I lived in auburn because they have the best drinks, friendly and fast service, and good prices. Now that I live in Seattle, the closest is the burien location but I don't think I can come back there. It took us 30 minutes to get through the line and there were only 2 cars in front of us who ordered around 2 drinks each. Service was snails pace slow. I ordered the new seasonal drink and the barista told me that she hates making that drink because she had to use multiple blenders which I didn't know but felt bad about it. I tried to use my rewards card but was told that I needed to register it online and that I need to know my number?? Which I never n...
I've been coming here almost daily for the last week. It was nothing great to begin with. Today I waited in line to get a hot chocolate. After telling the batista my order, she made my it and then when it came to pay she said the card reader was down and asked if I have cash. I almost never have cash and it's 2022. Instead of giving me the hot chocolate, which would be the right thing to do especially for a regular and considering it was already made, she kept it. That's bad customer service. Hands down the worst coffee stand I've been too, holy heck. It took 45 minutes to get through the 3 cars in front of us (I wish I was exaggerating, but due to the nature of the parking lot we were trapped). I tried to order an Arnold Palmer (which they have as a menu item), but the gal didn't know what it was. It was a little shocking how much work it took to explain what it is. I usually like Bigfoot and seek them out for a consistent experience. This was not that, it was disappointing.
You can't purchase it receive a cup of ice water. How do y'all not have an option to purchase water?! I have to have water with my coffee or I get a horrible stomach ache. My drink was iced and it was like they put two ice cubes in it. Drink was lukewarm and all the ice had melted before they handed me the drink. I had a disappointing experience at Bigfoot due to the waitress, Batista. She was quite short with me and rude. When she informed me that they were out of the 32oz size, I asked her for the next smaller option. Instead, she sized it up and charged me for a 44oz without asking. It seems like this is a recurring issue at this location.
Worst place to get coffee at any time of day. Workers just walk around outside and are smoking and laughing while there is two lines of 4 cars. Only 1 person in the building at 10pm working both lines. This place needs help
I been a regular customer, but today I Asked to have my coffee remade since it was flavorless and no taste of mocha got an attitude in return never coming to this place again !! bad customer service !

Good prices for good drinks nice staff, you get what you pay for nothing to fancy, but overall great alternative to ten dollar a drink Starbucks.
