A nice drink but I wanted to sit and study. And there was music in the lobby and music the barista was playing in the kitchen area. One music is good. Two music is sensory overload and very unpleasant.
The food and drink was wonderful. Because they were understaffed, it took way to long for them to take our order and to prepare it. It was not the staff's fault, there just was not enough of them.
Stay FAR FAR AWAY from this Biggby location. I once saw an employee smoking a cigarette while preparing coffee in the drive thru. Ask them how often they clean their ice machine.
Garbage customer service. Coffee was cold, all the workers were rude. CEO should fix his garbage company before writing books. I wish I didn’t tip the person.
