Biggby coffee is a small independent company with dozens of franchiseholders around Metro Detroit who independently own and operate their locations. The high school kids that work there do a reasonable job of delivering decent hot cold/frozen coffee drinks in a variety of flavors. This is a place that has minimal food (muffins cookies) atmosphere. I presume that they have WiFi as I see people on their laptops. I ordered a large Peppermint Mocha Latte, frozen, approximately 24 Oz. My bill came to $7.94, which is on par with a venti Starbucks. I find that the coffee is not as strong as their competitor, but it is smooth. Coffee drinks aside, this chain needs to offer more pastries (like Dunkin...
The AM on 8/12 Is the first time I was truly disappointed going to this Biggby, the service was at a snails pace, I had to ask for them to stir my coffee and ask for whipped cream as well the. drizzle on the coffee was wrong. This has been a great Biggby but it seems as time goes on they are losing the friendly service I was used to. I don’t go to Starbucks which is closer because they are not friendly. I’m thinking maybe I should go elsewhere. Sorrry just very disappointed.
Too many young employees that don’t know The recipes to their drinks and always mess them up. I ordered a drink that was supposed to get two espresso shots, which didn’t even go into my drink and I watch from A-Z. Then when I called her out on it she went ahead and did something even more dumb instead of remaking my drink. I given this place so many chances, but I’m so over it. Do not go to this location horrible
Love the coffee; especially frozen campfire latte. Bright and cheery; however i prefer a warm and cozy feeling coffee shop. The staff isnt very friendly at this location. They arent rude or anything; however they arent interested in small talk thats for sure. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Biggby is an awesome local coffee alternative to my favorite is matcha latte yes hot! I work on Creative Society project on my laptop at Biggby for some uninterrupted time! oh their cold sweat foam drinks are heavenly too
we come here almost every weekend for many months now and are always leaving after a great experience! the young people running the store always seem to know what to do, are very welcoming and very fast with making orders.
1st time there. Stood and waited 15 minutes for a regular coffee while they made drinks for every other person behind me first. So frustrating. Was late for work, won't be back.
