Biggby Coffee Dearborn Heights

I don't know what it is about Biggby franchise owners, but they all seem nice, and they seem to have the ability to hire personable, friendly, kind employees. I've been to this location a number of times now, and the owner recognized me on my second visit. He is kind, patient, and helpful with my two kids in helping then decide which drink they want on any given day. He introduced us to the chai latte with a cinnamon spice tea bag in it. It's a new favorite for all of us. My kids also like the cookies and cream, and strawberry banana creme freezes. I enjoy frequenting a place with great customer service, and will return here often.

I love this location. One of my favorites! Staff are super friendly and helpful when you want to try something new but you're indecisive! Love the trivia board idea makes it fun when waiting for your order. In my opinion I think they're a lot faster than drive thru places. Everything is clean and great! Only thing is it's pretty cold so I have a hard time studying there. But makes a great place for group studies.

I came to this location the other day after having a rough morning. I needed a coffee and something chocolatey. The barista was friendly (THANK YOU!!! and conscientious to my dietary restrictions. I think the manager was there too, and he was friendly as well. Thank you for making my rough morning better. I needed that. It's the little things, some days.

My husband and I were in need of some caffeine, so we decided to stop by this charmingly decorated Biggby. The staff was friendly, and before we knew it, our order—a dark hot chocolate, a cosmic chai tea latte, and a Butter Bear—was ready. Everything was delicious! The iced caramel coffee is absolutely amazing – you have to try it! The barista is friendly, and there’s free Wi-Fi available. There's plenty of seating, making it a wonderful spot to relax. I highly recommend it!
