Let me start by saying the staff was incredibly friendly and wonderful, quick and efficient. The green chili cream corn…. spectacular. The problem is the star of the show must’ve been replaced by an understudy. None of the other meats matter but the fatty end of the brisket, have at me about that if you want but it’s true. Everything else plays second fiddle and that’s how you can tell how good they’re doing by that cut of meat. The fat wasn’t rendered, and the bark was nonexistent. It still tasted good and it’s still brisket just not the way it’s supposed to be in Texas. Also butter and toast, both sides of the bread I mean for real guys.

Outstanding food and service. I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could. The ribs are a real treat.

What a joke, the $80 family pack doesn 't even have enough food to feed 3 people let alone 4
