Excited about my first visit, I returned on Sunday at the same time, but this time I was disappointed. The same cashier was on duty and remained polite, but the quality of the food was noticeably inconsistent. Apart from the tea and sausage, I ordered a half pound of ribs, but everything else fell short. The chicken was the only redeeming item this time. I was told I would get extra sauce with the ribs, which I was looking forward to, but I only received a small cup, similar to the previous day. The ribs were the toughest I’ve ever had. I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The staff seems completely untrained. Just take a look at my beans—there are only about 4 or 5 of them! Who serves that little? I picked up my takeout order today, September 16, 2022, around 3:57 PM. They seriously need to rethink who is in charge of portioning the beans. Additionally, the chicken appears much larger in the photos than it actually is. This place has really let down its customers ever since they increased prices due to COVID.
This Place is the Best Bill Millers I have ever been too. The staff does a remarkable job of making you feel at home and welcomed. The food quality is amazing, great flavor and good portions. The restaurant itself is very clean and has plenty of room to sit. The AC works so those hot Texas days are very bearable here. If you have tried Bill Millers elsewhere and were turned off, give this one a try, you'll be amazed. I was.
Our office ordered a Thanksgiving meal for 20 people, and it was absolutely perfect! The highlight of the meal was definitely the cornbread dressing and ham, which everyone raved about. The feast also featured turkey, rolls, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, two cakes, and two gallons of tea. Everything was thoughtfully provided with plates, cups, utensils, and napkins, making cleanup a breeze.

Their chicken skin is like what I imagine a mummified Egyptians skin to be like and their bacon and egg tacos have a 1 in 4 chance of having a great piece of bacon and one little poot of egg that you almost can't even see behind the bacon. It make me cry. I go for the Sweet Tea, pecan pie and bean and cheese tacos! The chicken strips also make me cry. When I need to cry I think of bill miller's chicken strips.
It's been a while since I came here, the reason I stopped coming, last time I got a family chicken tender order and they were very small, I tough it was because of the pandemic thing. This time I gave myself the three-piece, delicate food and expected that they are at least as big as the GChick pieces. They looked like a wing size... Must try another article in the menu. Service was excellent.
I ordered breakfast this morning and 1 of my hot sauce cups looked odd. How do I make sense out of this...? Bus boy recycles hot sauce at manager's requests... or its the kitchen crew. Neither is acceptable... DISGUSTING ?. Who ate from these cups? Do they gave STDs, COVID, ROTTON TEETH??? This is nasty.
Your typical bill millers decent food good prices but nothing to write home about.
