It was raining in Reading last Saturday afternoon and i needed a place to wait whilst my husband had his Covid jab. I saw a sign outside Bills saying festive cocktail, £2.99. What? £2.99 for a cocktail, that can't be right!? I went in and found a lovely table by a fireplace. The cocktail soon came and it was amazing, beautifully decorated and tasted delicious. This tempted me to look at the food menu. It was approaching 5pm and they were changing menus. I text my husband and asked him to join me when he finished his jab, as we hadn't booked anywhere. this place was visited for the first time today for the birthday of my daughter. we had a great breakfast here. I've crossed this place so often, but I thought this was a pub and never realized that they saw one of the best early pieces in reading. the road parking is closed today and therefore we parked at oracle and went from there. otherwise there are many street parking spaces on the hozier street as well as on the main road. the staff is very friendly and the service is very fast. Eat is delicious! next time, I'll eat here at lunch and I see that they have an amazing bar so I have to taste beer too.
we had a wonderful breakfast at bill’s. kasia our waitress brought our gorgeous hot chocolate (including flakes). my son loved his full English with extras, as he doesn't like to bon or mushrooms. my eggs benedict was beautiful. bill’s is a quirky restaurant with an interesting decor and a great menu. the price is reasonable with service included in the bill, which is great as I never change.
I popped in for a coffee before a job interview was served by Greta... Outstanding quick service with complimentary chocolates service with a smile... Would definitely recommend again... Visited a few months ago with my son his girlfriend lovely friendly service then too...

Excellent service, the staff here were amazing. There was a great choice of meals and they could easily accommodate larger parties. There is also a lovely outdoor area, perfect for sunny days.
Pretty, friendly restaurant with a beautiful old-fashioned bar. The delicious brunch I recommend the Shawarma brunch. Everything there was excellent. The pancakes were delicious too
My husband and I enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant in Reading, and we are big fans! Be prepared for a brief wait, but it is definitely worth it.
I'm not certain how long Bill's has been established, but there seems to be a growing presence of their restaurants across the UK.

Very polite personnel . Nicely decorated. No rush to release the table. Delicious plates.
