The staff are young, very pleasant and attentive. The food is very tasty but the portion size is very small so I feel £15.50 for the chicken dish I had was overpriced. Unfortunately the dessert portions are small as well. I can’t remember leaving a restaurant before still feeling hungry. This restaurant also does not accept cash which was not explained when we booked the table or when we ordered our meals. There is just one small sticker on the door as you enter.
The staff here are very friendly and polite, they are all young, well presented and they work exceptionally hard to keep everyone satisfied, this is commendable considering how busy the place always seems to be. The food here is lovely, one of the simplest but nicest English breakfast’s I’ve ever had, would highly recommend visiting here for a bite to eat.
Had such a lovely meal, had the pulled pork and bead burger recommended by Diagonal.. who was a fantastic waiter, we arrived late to the restaurant and was the last to leave but we was no bother they ensured we received the best service. 10/10 ps Denis the waiter was great
Came in with the family on a busy Saturday before we hit the town for Christmas shopping, the food came out quickly, and the drinks at the same time which we loved. Everything at a good temperature and delicious service also fabulous. Great job, will be back soon Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Such a great breakfast. Beautifully cooked poached eggs cooked to order, bacon grilled to perfection, mushrooms and tomatoes yummy yum. Toast soft and crisp. Oh goodness eith such friendly staff. Perfect but expensive and then service on top!
Booked this for our office Christmas meal. There were some special requests, which were dealt with, no problem The food on the night was delicious, everyone enjoyed it. Service was great, friendly and efficient.
Beau our server was absolutely amazing as was the food. Had a lovely time and would recommend to friends and family as it is a great environment with yummy food and great drinks.

"visited la maison du steak with adult and children eating was good service was ok best spent on eating plus a manditory service fee of whitch I did not ask to pay, but was said I did not have any choice because the manager was not on this day it unpopular mine, but it is not our culture in Britain to pay service fees so that it lets down the cleaning"
