Two of us ordered the full English breakfast, but it arrived cold. The pancakes we ordered were fine. We sent back the cooked breakfast and received a hotter plate the next time. The tea and coffee were lukewarm as well. The service was not great, and the fact that simple things were not done properly makes you question the quality of the entire establishment. Overall, not a great experience. Service: Dine in.
They added a service charge to our bill at the restaurant. When we inquired with the waitress if this was her tip, she informed us that it was for the management. I was surprised by this, as I couldn't understand why management would need additional money. I chose not to pay the service charge and felt the need to caution other customers about this practice.
Nicht beeindruckt. Essen und Trinken kalt und mittelmäßig. Sehr, sehr schwer, die Aufmerksamkeit des Bedienungspersonals zu bekommen. Wir wissen, dass es herausfordernde Zeiten sind, aber die Mitarbeiter waren sehr beschäftigt mit der Reinigung und konnten nicht wirklich auf die Kunden achten. Enttäuschend wird nicht zurück eilen
Was my favorite place which I wanted to show to my family. We were left at the entrance 4 of us and 2 kids then obviously the waiter decided they don’t want that many, told us will have to wait 20 minutes. The restaurant was not that full. customer service was brilliant 100%, food to die for, and really friendly staff. it's sad to see you guys go wish all the best to all the team.
