It's a must-try in Chicago and a great place for a burger! The burgers are on the thinner side, so most people opt for at least a double; I typically go for the triple and finish it easily. This location also offers fries, which is a big advantage, plus there's a parking lot available. The food is served on wax paper (which I really enjoy), and there’s a condiment bar for you to customize your meal after you receive your order. One of the best-kept secrets here is the ribeye sandwich!
CLOSES AT 9PM NOW. SIGNS THAT BILLY GOAT IS GOING UNDER... THEY ALREADY LOST THE MILLENIUM PARK LOCATION. MIGHT AS WELL START COMING 2 HOURS EARLIER THAN CLOSE EVERYWHERE BECAUSE EVERYBODY LIES IN THIS EMPIRE/COUNTRY. Makes me want to boycott restaurants entirely at this point. I arrived at 9 PM, but all the doors were locked, indicating they weren't actually open until 10 PM. The posted hours were misleading, and there was no information on the doors. The staff inside seemed disinterested in providing service.

Excellent service from the kitchen and bar staff, all with excellent quality and prices, FREE PARKING! It is the best option when going to an event at the united center.
The place was absolutely amazing. Their breakfast sandwhiches and burgers are wonderful, and the staff in the early morning are truly exceptional!
There was a cute cashier I think his name is Adrian and he had amazing customer service will definitely come back and expect him to be a manager.
