If you want to stuff your face, I highly recommend Billy G's! My family and I really enjoyed this place. I ordered the beef brisket and my wife ordered the smoked chicken. We both really enjoyed our entrees. The sauces are fantastic! Probably my favorite part of the place is the all you can eat salad bar. It has your usual vegetables and such, but there is also an all you can eat potato salad, pasta salad, and cole slaw bar! Out kids had the all you can eat kids bar, which included things like chicken fingers, apple sauce, yogurt, fruit, and jello. It is a bit pricey, but overall a good value.
Worst BBQ ever. Because of some malfunction in the kitchen, they did not have pulled pork. Which is kind of like a seafood restaurant not having fish. We ordered the brisket, which has really bad. First of all, over 50% of the brisket was untrimmed pure fat. Also, the brisket was very very tough and overcooked, with no taste whatsoever, except for the peppercorns adhering to the outside. Even the BBQ sauce did not help. Awful. Plus, the waitstaff, while the tried to please, brought my wife regular beer instead of the non-alcoholic beer she ordered. Couldn't have been more disappointed.
Overpriced, not great food. I guess they justify the pricing by giving you more of it. They were totally uncool about Open Table reservation. For some reason didn't want to acknowledge the reservation was made through Open Table. On the upside, the waitress was great. Very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't recommend it unless you are stuck on the resort with no way out.
The lettered Olive never knew what it was supposed to be; Billy G's knows exactly what it is, a great barbecue joint. Not only are the entrees great, but the sides are fantastic. The collard greens are some of the best we've ever had. Both the brisket and pulled-pork were outstanding. My son had the salmon and he loved it as well.

The service was outstanding. The management went above by providing my children with T-shirt’s since they were soaked from the rain. Food was great. Highly recommend
Unfortunately nothing special here. Food was just ok pulled pork was not up to southern standards. Brisket was good. Salad bar was disappointing.
We ate at Billy G’a twice while on vacation at Wild Dunes. Both meals were delicious and the service was fast and friendly!
Food portions were generous and delicious. Service was a little slow, but serve staff very kind and friendly.

Food was ok. It is on a resort so I never get to excited with that. It was good for the kids.
Sauces were watery and lacked any flavor. Meet was tender but without a sauce lacked flavor.
