As she took the menus and began searching for a table, a group of employees emerged from the kitchen, looking visibly frustrated. They whispered to the host and shot us dirty looks, clearly unhappy that we were there. The entire staff seemed to be casting annoyed glances in our direction. At that point, I decided it was best for us to leave. I don't believe in spending my money and tipping staff who clearly do not appreciate their job or have basic customer service skills. This restaurant relies on paying customers, and if the employees can't demonstrate a commitment to service, then they should reconsider their positions. First time here. Place is huge and has indoor outdoor seating. I opted for outdoor seating because I wanted to watch videos on my phone and didn’t want to disturb anyone (nobody was sitting outside when I chose to sit outside). Of course minutes later, a few other people decided to sit outside and were all unfortunately smokers. Oh well. I was waited on by Danielle G. Who Was Awesome! The menu has lots of delicious options. I selected the Billy Burger with potato salad. The food was excellent. The flies agreed and would not leave me alone the entire time I ate. Next time I’ll eat inside. There definitely will be a next time. Looking forward to returning.
If you're a Steelers fan, this is the place to be! I drove two hours for my first visit, and it was totally worth it. This bar is the best in town, and the food is absolutely delicious! If you're planning to come for Sunday football, be sure to call ahead and reserve a spot. It's truly the only place that is fully dedicated to the Steelers. A big shoutout to Nancy and Stacy at the bar—you both are amazing! The customer service here is top-notch. I will definitely return the next time I'm in town!
First time to Billy's tavern tonight and it will definitely not be our last Food was outstanding we had Wings , Fried pickles, Fish and chips and Pizza everything was great our server was Gabby she was Great service was on point she was very kind and cheerful checked on us numerous times to see if we needed anything. Honestly some of the best food we’ve had in awhile! Extremely fresh, the service is TOP notch. Our waitress Megas was amazing and so friendly, The fish and chips were sooooo good. onion rings were battered just right and not too much! The BLT was fantastic. When we visit Miami again we’ll definitely be back :
Went here for Father's Day my first time ever with my dad, sister, and my niece. Zoey was a fantastic server. She was very friendly and knew the menu well. On top of the great service, the food was awesome and not very pricy at all, even for four people. I will 100% come back and recommend this place.
Megan M was the highlight of the dinner. Food was a close second. Had the Pits burger and potato salad. Wife had the panini. Cousin had the Parmesan garlic wings. They both looked amazing. Thanks to Megan we had great help with the menu and drinks. Get there early they fill up quick.

The only thing negative about this place is that the air conditioning is too high at the booth tables.
