Really great food and amazing options for gluten -free. It was very loud but they warned us as we came in that there was many larger tables that night that were rowdy. We were forgotten about a couples times but I understood because of the larger tables and we didn't have anywhere to be anyways. I'm pretty sure at the end of the night waiting for our bill we were again forgotten about which was starting to bother me. I'd definitely give it another shot but our overall experience there we weren't enthusiastic about.
We were a table of 5. I ordered the Wild mushroom burger. The burger was ok. I ordered the same one at a different location and remembered it tasting a lot better. I have noticed the bun when flipped over it was partially missing the top or the top got scrapped off. As well there wasn’t a lot of truffle mushrooms and sauce compared to the other location. The burger was also a bit dry.
Wait staff was slow even though it was quiet. Everyone’s fries portion sizes were visibly different and not up to the regular standard I’ve had at Bin4. Personally my burger was over cooked and dry. Plus it was incredibly cold in the building that we wore our jackets. I had brought my friends because I enjoyed it before, but I was disappointed this time.
We enjoyed our evening out at your establishment for my husband’s birthday. His first choice is a great burger over a steak. We’ve been there a few other time, and have always had a great experience. Bin 4 burger lounge checks all the boxes when you crave a delicious burger. Quality of food is excellent. Portions are large, and the service is spot on. My wife and I were in and out in just under an hour, and we didn't feel rushed at all. A must visit! We'll be back soon.
It was our first time here. Service was excellent but the burger was not worth the price. Would not go back.
