A pleasure kitchen. Lightness, taste, perfumes... I like lunch in restaurants or chefs put Mains in the dishes! Here, no cracks, we eat simple, we eat Sain. I was very hungry when I arrived, so I ordered an entrance (a salad worked minute by the Chef based on shoots, carrots and grated cabbages, flower petals and her beet peas houmous with dried cramberries, a treat! The Chef then offered me a sort of chili dish with its corn and steam cooked zucchini... A net of oil as she took the time to share and I found the flavors of a family recipe... It's been a few years since I've known this establishment, and I've come there regularly for its kitchen to go. But when I have time, I go up to the restaurant on the biocoop floor, always waiting to discover something new. Well, I've never been disappointed, every time I've been struck by the inventive cuisine aired in this establishment, bluffed by the flavors contained in a bite of roasted vegetables or idem steam for salted pies and desserts (I love Chia verrines fruit flavors) . Yesterday the vegetable ravioli and garden pesto. Killing!
This is part of a big organic supermarket group in France. Everything is organic. For direct consumption you will find a great choice of organic fruits, nuts, cereal bars... It is more a supermarket to get all your ingredients in order to make your vegan dishes or desserts. The zero waste attention in this one, with a lot of things available in bulk is excellent!
Another great meal offered by Cheffe Isa, with flavors full of mouth. For the day on Modane, she was able to warm up our food to take away and allowed to eat superbly without losing time with our very tight timing. Always at the top, smiling, she has made us discover incredible recipes. Thank you a thousand times.

Great store even better than other Biocoop, too great. Curiosity: in the passage you will notice (or not, it is not obvious), that the store took place in an ancient contemporary chapel (probably after war)...!
We discovered this restaurant completely by chance. The concept is totally in the air of time. The kitchen is refined. The manager is an enthusiast who communicates very easily. Uncounsed for the viandards.
Dried by the photos on the FB site, our taste buds have enjoyed all these flavors. Don't hesitate to stop at Restobio de la Biocoop de Modane, you will discover dishes revisited with incomparable flavors!

Unusual location on the first floor of the organic superette store. Very nice setting, very good, simple and seasonal cuisine. We had a very good time.
